SPIND Fittings

Smarter Connections, Stronger Systems

Engineered to Outlast, Designed to Simplify

As a pioneering name in mechanical joint systems, Spind Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. introduces the patented Spind Prezfit® Joint Fittings (Patent No. MY 142688-A)—an innovation in HDPE pipe fittings crafted from Nylon 6 (Polyamide), a semi-crystalline, high-performance engineering polymer known for strength, thermal resilience, and pressure durability.

Fully approved by Malaysia’s Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 1989 and the UK Water Regulations Advisory Committee, Spind Prezfit® is safe for potable water supply, even under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

Precision-built to meet British Standards BS 5114:1975 and ISO 22391-3, our fittings seamlessly integrate with HDPE pipes manufactured under MS 1058 / ISO 4427 (PE 80 & PE 100).

With a push-fit mechanism that eliminates the need for heat jointing, crimping, or clamping tools, Spind Prezfit® reduces installation time and enhances system reliability. Its corrosion resistance and ultra-low friction design support better water flow, lower maintenance, and longer service life—ideal for today’s modern plumbing infrastructure.

SPIND Prezfit

As the leading HDPE pipe fitting and mechanical joint fitting supplier in Malaysia, Spind Malaysia Sdn Bhd is proud once again to introduce our highly innovative Patent No. MY 142688-A Spind Prezfit® Joint Fittings. The fittings are made of Nylon 6 (Polyamide), a high-performance semi-crystalline material.
Spind Prezfit material is approved by the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 1989 & Water Regulations Advisory Committee of the United Kingdom for use in the potable water supply.
A superior material in terms of strength and ability to withstand high temperatures and pressure in hot and cold water supply lines, it is a highly sought-after material for the 21st century.
Spind Prezfit® Joint Fittings are designed and manufactured to comply with British Standards BS 5114: 1975 and ISO 22391-3 and are compatible with High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes manufactured to MS 1058 / ISO 4427 (PE 80) & (PE 100).
A simple method of jointing makes it a preferred choice over conventional systems ie. bulky coupling, expensive heat jointing, butt jointing machines, unreliable clamping & crimping tools.
Spind Prezfit fittings with High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe connectors make the perfect partner to provide a superior potable water system that is easy to work with, cost-effective, efficient and has a long service lifespan, with excellent hydraulic flow characteristic ultra-low friction, coupled with corrosion and rust resistance.

SPIND UPVC Fittings

Plastic pipe systems fulfil a variety of service requirements. Product standards for UPVC pipe systems are prepared within the CEN/TC standards committee. These requirements are described in a set of European Product Standards for each application alongside their specific characteristics. UPVC Pipe Malaysia is capable of fulfilling the specific requirements for each application as a certified UPVC pipe & fitting manufacturer. They do so over a long lifetime and with reliability and safety. Most UPVC pipe systems are made from thermoplastic materials. The production method involves melting the material, shaping, and cooling. Pipes are usually produced by extrusion. These fittings are compiled with MS 1063, intended for soil and waste discharge pipework to convey domestic water waste (low and high temperature), ventilating pipework, and rainwater pipework within the building structure. This standard is equivalent to BS 5255, BS 4514, BS EN 1401 and BS EN 1320. *UPVC Fittings are only available for the export market.
